A book to read with interest

(or, if you are a happy soul convinced that the ultra-rich and ultra-influential are working their guts out for the good of the plebs, then yet another book to deprecate and throw on the book-burning bonfire, while heaping insults on its author)

Bunch of wall street crooks. Gonna shut down mikey dees and drive up the price of oil some more?

Somehow none of it actually makes sense unless they're trying to starve off the whole planetary population.

They'll only start looking like lunch if they do that. Seems like a dumb threat to screw with investors.

Because hey, those bankers. They aren't controlling fully 92% like they did before the collapse in 08 yet. Tens of Billions isn't enough for them. They want trillions in their column and they want it soon.

Fuk dem.

The flaw of course, is not whether this is a real plan or possible technically, or just a dream; but how the heck anyone could make it happen in an increasingly fractured and divisive world. National governments find it hard enough to make ordinary international agreements and blocs work, as it is.
