Would gun control save lives?

@Axeroberts Any weapon can be an assault weapon. The two worst attacks happened on American soil and not a shot was fired.

@Axeroberts I know the weapon well carried it in the military. I can get off 36 rounds in 30 seconds with an automatic hand gun, that is an assault weapon too.

@Axeroberts They happen way to often but not on a daily basis. Why arent you talking about the other murders that do happen everyday. Listen, you have missed my point completely. I believe in gun laws, i dont want the wrong people having any weapon. I am saying even with strict gun laws crazy people will find a way.

@Sojournersoul As long as people are more interested in making excuses and false equivalences rather than coming up with actual solutions, nothing will change. And we’ll be tsking over yet another mass shooting. Will it be in a classroom ? An office ? A grocery store ? Another movie theatre, maybe ?
It’s like a reverse lottery. 😞

@Sojournersoul We could start by trying to see what other developed countries are doing to avoid constant gun violence. What have they figured out that we’re not getting ?
Or maybe we truly don’t care.

@Sojournersoul Eliminate people's access to guns that are specifically designed to kill as many people as possible as quickly as possible.
