Have you ever paid someone to be your friend?

Dethmoore · 31-35, M
I was naive and wanted to be nice to people. I paid for their food and stuff sometimes, so indirectly yes. I paid for their friendship but I realized they weren’t friends. Friendship shouldn’t cost money.
Not intentionally.

That would be weird, but as a young teen I was quite generous which might have contributed to people wanting to hang out with me sometimes though. That's because I knew a lot of people who lived in a town further away, from my old school for troubled kids, and they didn't have a lot of money.
No... I'll be my own friend first...

@uncalled4 Would you?
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
@cyberdude28 No, because then it's no longer a friend/friend relationship; it's a vendor/client relationship.
