Everyone has their own set of standards and what constitutes a bad habit, while others might not find them so.
For me, it is heavy use of cologne or perfume and/or makeup and/or hair products. Another is what words come out of their mouth, are they supportive or always talking badly about other people, or always being condescending or doing things to try and manipulate a person. Some people do this out of habit and don’t fully comprehend what they are doing. Others do it on purpose. In either case, I cannot be around such people.
Use of recreational drugs/alcohol, why they use it, what it does to them, what extent they use them, all are factors to consider and can be unattractive if misused.
Smoking is a turnoff for me unless a person is able to do so without the cigarette smoke permeating their clothing and body. I met only one man who could do that. To this day I don’t know how he did it.
Personal hygiene can be, but very much depends on how my senses respond. A sweaty man after a hard work or a workout, is a turn on, while a man who hasn’t bathed in days can be a huge turnoff.
So there are many factors that can decide whether something can be considered bad or not. For instance, if I say I find sweaty men to be a turnoff, but really mean I dislike a man who doesn’t shower daily, it can be quite misleading and possibly cause a person to pass you by and miss out on a possibly good friendship or more.
