For a team to work essentially and fast there needs to be a leader, warriors, scouts, carers etc.
Everyone is delegated a position.
Its always been this way .
Look to the wild : elephants, chimps, lions, wolves ...nearly every consolidated group of a species works like this .

Its a fact.

Amd each 'tribe' gets its own 'territory'.
Conflict only happens when territory or tribal boundries are breached.

Kids do this . This group own the swings, that group has the stairs, the other one hangs out by the tuck shop . Gangs or groups have 'roles' : the leader, the back up, the muscle the comedian.

Democracy is a social ideology to try and enforce equality in an unnatural environment, ie: society and cities.
