Coming from a developing nation, back in 2000's, population control and ongoing population explosion was made a huge topic. It was advised to have 1-2 kids and lessen burden of resource consumption.

Fast forward 20 years, now it's advised to have a TFR of 2.1 and talks of population decline and demographic dividend shifting to old people is talked upon.

Funny how we moved from one to another paradigm

Just like they preach about climate..but did anyone know they said its "too warm"
And years later it shifts to its "too cold" and so on for the sheep to believe..
