Do you guys honestly think it's fair to evict elderly people ?

Let's say the elderly person is 80 years old and haven't paid rent for a while. Should it be legal for Old people to be evicted out of their homes? They are old it's not like they're a young able bodied person. I also think it should be illegal to evict single parents.

Ok, but then the landlord should not have to pay the mortgage company right? How about if YOU pay the landlord? That would be fair. The tenants won't be evicted and the land owner won't go bankrupt....

That's why you choose your tenants wisely. I evicted a Mormon for trying to skate on two months rent, does that count? Offered him to follow me to the sheriff's office to settle but this 'honest' Mormon skipped town. Still owes me $1,300.
