Is it time to ban church in the US?

In the last 3 weeks alone, 30 religious figures, mostly youth pastors, have been arrested for sex crimes involving children.
Since there is such a huge discourse around banning or restricting things to help protect children, (except guns of course) we should just ban church services outright, right? It is clear that the people who attend and lead them are the biggest threat to children in America (except guns of course).
You’d assume that republicans would be in favor of this ban, but they are more interested in projecting their own tendencies onto drag queens and lgbt people.

@BigGuy2 I'm talking about the Republicans in West Virginia who want to keep child marriage illegal. As the article says, 78% of these are older men marrying girls.

If you're worried about "groomers," it's the Republicans supporting them, not Democrats, and not "lawmakers" in general.

...there has been numerous occasions that parents have read out extracts from books - found in school libraries - in front of school board meetings about the sexualtion of children - the board members have actually stated on the videos "i don't think that's appropriate to be read out in this board meeting" - one parent said "can't you see the irony in your comments" - it's not aporopriate to be read out in front of ADULTS, but it's OK for CHILDREN to be exposed to it via books in the library

Paedophilia has happened to children historically and is still prevalent - but that disgusting practice happens in 'incidents' to individual children - this prevalence to sexualise children and try and identify them as Trans or imply that they could change identity will apply to ALL
children because it's being pushed in schools

Schools are not "pushing" kids to transition. There have always been trans kids; the reason you didn't know about it was until recently, they risked violence or even death if anyone found out.

More kids have been raped in church than at Drag Queen Story Hour.

The reason you're hearing more about trans people now is because they're not in as much danger of being murdered as they were in the past. People used to keep it hidden.
