Is it time to ban church in the US?

In the last 3 weeks alone, 30 religious figures, mostly youth pastors, have been arrested for sex crimes involving children.
Since there is such a huge discourse around banning or restricting things to help protect children, (except guns of course) we should just ban church services outright, right? It is clear that the people who attend and lead them are the biggest threat to children in America (except guns of course).
You’d assume that republicans would be in favor of this ban, but they are more interested in projecting their own tendencies onto drag queens and lgbt people.

Churches do not even pay tax anyways. At least LGBT folks are usually tax payers.

People talk about the "Delusions" of trans folks but you don't see much fuss about delusional christians who go to church on Sunday and thinking their souls is safe for the next seven days.

That makes sense but then they would argue, "Well not all churches do that." Sounds familiar.

There are specific verses that forbid LGBT but apparently there are no verses saying that priests need to keep their hands off youth members. 🙄

Besides, the church is committing the biggest sin against humanity that exists - expecting them to get up early on Sunday morning. D*ck that!
