How many Genders are there?

@zonavar68 Also, we're sexually dymorphic creatures. We shouldn't be trying to physically change a person with body dis-morphia and put them on HRT. Just nobody should use steroids to become larger than naturally possible. People have free will and you can do what ever you want with your body but it doesn't make it right.
