Block me then asks if i want to talk knowing i can't reply

Why does someone block you then send you a message asking if you want to talk knowing you cant reply. Very strange.

They can't send you a message if they have blocked you.

I am going to call bullshit.
They sent the message before they blocked you. You didn't respond fast enough or some other stupid reason.
