Lies about where you are - You don't have someone to share things without being judged.

Based on what you've said in here you don't like your job or the people you work with. That would be stressful. You don't have a signigicant other so you don't have anyone you feel safe to confide in so you're probably holding everything inside. Am i close?

It could be laziness, lack of discipline, or selfcare and being in denial of having chronic fatigue.

Depression? Anxiety? Addictions interfering with life?

Could be any number of things, but those came to mind

Absent minded.. But that depends if one has a problem with their memory that interferes with their ability to be punctual..

The last two makes me think the person is just a dick, but the first part could be depression or ADHD.
