Humidity has the temperature at 40°C

First time in my life I've felt it like this...
I had so much I wanted to do but now that I'm home without AC I'm just laying here like blob trying not to vomit.

A cool shower or cold water on a cloth applied to neck and wrists is surprisingly helpful
