PSA : Please don't direct any hate towards the Russian people.

My heart goes out to the people in Ukraine but i've seen a lot of hateful things said to the Russian people. please remember that the average Russian citizen isn't the Russian military/government. a shopkeeper in Russia isn't the one invading Ukraine.

i hope this settles down for the sake of Ukraine and Russian civilian people. :(

Exactly. People go nuts. Many Russians don't even agree with lots of things that happen in their country, let alone emigrants or foreign students.

They are already renaming a product called Russian ice cream. 🤦‍♀️ People, please, don't be dumb-asses. The product is not imported from Russia.

@CrazyMusicLover Yes. We are supposed to boycott coke and Mcdonalds and KFC and others because they won't pull out of Russia...

The thing is...they are franchises. Also...Putin doesn't give one flying fuck. Those corporations pullling out of Russia wont stop Putin.

We hate corporations and we find every opportunity to beg them to do something so that we can then hate them more when they do not.

@JaggedLittlePill I think we also shouldn't let down Russian people who try to fight against home censorship, misinformation and who condemn war. What kind of message do we send to them if we start hating the whole nationality, not just the regime and aggressors? It's in their hands too, after all. They need a proper rebellion from inside.
