You can only vote on one answer.
I generally like to separate the whites from the darks when doing laundry.

absolutely

when you use this definition: 'recognition and understanding of the difference between one thing and another.'

there are also legal discriminations - i can decide not to hire you because you smell, you're fat, you're ugly - not cool - but not illegal.

there are even permissible and legal discriminations - I can refuse to hire you for a professional football team because you are quadraplegic and there is no reasonable accomodation for your condition possible.

but generally speaking - nah, it's kinda pathetic to not hire somebody or give them a place to live because you don't like their color or religion.

There is discrimination that serves a good purpose, and there is discrimination that is unjust. We all discriminate on some level in our daily lives without realizing it. It’s just how we choose between one thing/person and another.

No. Sometimes you’re just not aware you are discriminating.

It depends on which definition you are using. There is unjust or unfair discrimination and there is discriminating between two different things in the sense of appreciating that they are different. The former is not acceptable and the latter is a necessary life skill.
Yes, as long it's against people I've decided are discriminatory. Which makes me... discriminatory... wow, that's so hypocritical!
