Are we improving human existence by having no respect for those who were challenged in the past differently to us?

No. We’re ignorant and self absorbed not looking to history and seeing where, IMO, there are numerous lessons to be learned and solid tenets to be followed. History and our past have valuable lessons to still be learned and to our benefit, if we choose to be mindful of that.

Human existence is in a downward trend. City living has caused us to lose an understanding of what’s necessary for our existence. We, in general, are disconnected from nature.
