How do you survive with a psychopath, manipulative and gaslighting people?

Easy. Monitor their behavior and do not accept their words because you KNOW they will lie when they want to.

You must develop the mental fortitude to resist their deception. Yes, they will lie to your face. Yes, you have to look at them and not be afraid to call their lie out.

Just stick to YOUR understanding of reality because you know what you saw

I watched some YouTube videos and learned about narcissists, gaslighting and manipulation. The reactions are somewhat organic now. I’m able to see it for what it is and can drop a little hint here and there to them or the group. I prefer to educate people on what those 3 topics are. Then other people can see and judge for themselves. Basically exposing what people want to be covered up in an educational way so they can’t get defensive about it.

Refute their gaslighting with "you know that isn't true"

You can challenge them without getting upset. Or avoid communication as much as you can..
