I’ve never been one to use the block option that often, but I’ve done it twice lately. They were complete strangers to me but I had been witnessed their behavior before on random posts and what they were spewing was pure idiocy and hate over and over again. The negativity with the words they were choosing was completely uncalled for. It wasn’t just them having a bad day…it was them actually wanting to inflict the darkness within them onto others like it was their mission to do so, so I bypassed my usual mute route and hit that block button. Still didn’t like doing it but there’s already enough darkness out there without willingly subjecting myself to immense levels of it here.
I've seen those around too and didn't hesitate to block their nonsense. It's awful how much hate is festering in some people. You have to be a new level of pathetic to reach that point @PerfectionOfTheHeart

@PerfectionOfTheHeart No. 1 reason why I block is when I'm feeling the hate. It doesn't have to be directed at me either. Frequently, it isn't, because I don't get involved in arguments.
