Totally unsurprising
For a couple of months I have been seeing YouTube ads regarding legislation that will allow permits for carrying guns to be valid cross country.
This is not mud-raking about the right to carry a weapon. It’s more insidious than that.
A man who is well into middle age, and who might be a farmer or a tech titan doing a little gardening, wearing what might be a John Deere cap and dark blue work clothes faces into the camera and asks “How long are you going to wait to apply for the reciprocity permit?” Or words to that effect.
This particular difference may be new or maybe I just never made the connection, the AI narration which sounds suspiciously like the current US President after he’s taken a half-dozen Valiums.
It literally makes my skin crawl. It would make my skin crawl regardless of which president from which party it was. The mind-bending escalates.
