have they took away ' channel art banners' on people's youtube channels

youtube have made some very bad changes recently, if anyone's noticed, they've radically changed the subscription page, which now looks radically different and ' in your face', a really bad design....and just now, looking at some of the channels i'm subscribed to on youtube, i can't see peoples' channel art '? the banner at the top of people's channel which gives people's channels personality, character and individuality? that seems to have gone?

please tell me i'm just seeing things or it's my computer not displaying the page properly?
