how to respond to this situation on youtube

there's a girl called emma who i'm subscribed on youtube, she's from the uk like me, she makes videos about the current times, politics in this country etc, i left quite a few comments on her videos and she would always leave a heart by my comment, which i appreciated, but i posted a comment in her recent videos disagreeing with her on the russia / ukraine war, and ever since then, she has stopped acknowledging my comments and stopped leaving a heart by them?

so how should i respond to that?
