Anyone have much experience with doing a youtube video podcast?

Would be curious to know what you do, how you do it, where you record, what your normal set-up is like. Would probably prefer private messages to a public conversation, just because I get tired of sifting through random comments from idiots seeking attention through shock value or turning stuff political.
