is anyone youtube down

my internet is fine but i cant watch any youtube videos no matter what i click on either the youtube video glitches in loading or it keeps giving me an error has occurs please try again later

Earlier this evening I wanted to watch some Youtube video on our TV but couldn't get the channel to open -- I shut down the electricity to the TV/Cable box and let everything reboot and Youtube came back on fine.
