should i have let this action get to me

the other day i left a comment on a lord of the rings lore video on youtube by a user i'm subscribed to...it was a critical comment about the modern AI art used which i didn't like....but the uploader still loved my comment.

however in my comment, i made a spelling mistake....and a random user came back at me and insulted me about it on the video....i felt angry and gave a retort but called him a 'prat' at the end of my reply.

anyway i just went to edit my reply comment on the video, to edit out prat, and i saw the uploader of the video unliked/ unloved my original comment......and my feelings got hurt, i took it to heart.

should i have took it to heart by him unloving my original comment?

That's sad but also sweet. How we can get hurt by something that for most people is a fleeting second, and for us holds such importance. I can understand that..

My answer is no, let people choose what they need. And allow yourself to do the same......💜
