how come there's a lot of comments which are 'nonsense' on youtube now

on a lot of youtube videos now, especially music videos i noticed, there are a lot of comments being posted which are nonsense, don't make any sense, which appear to be AI generated i suspect.

it annoys me so much as these AI profiles shouldn't be on youtube or any other social media...why is there not a clamp down on it? why doesn't youtube put a stop to it?

Because people pay for these comments under their videos. That's how YouTubers grow bigger
