how do i block the public from seeing who i'm subscribed to on youtube

i want to hide my subscriptions from public view on my channel, does anyone know how i go about doing that?

Go to your channel, by clicking your picture or "view channel"
Then by Manage videos there's a Channel Settings button

And it'll be right there as a toggle
