has anyone had problems posting comments on certain youtube videos

on certain youtube videos i can no longer post a comment?? i post the comment, then refresh the page and the comments gone?

is it youtube removing the comment or the owner of the video, the channel owner doing it?

how do you get around this problem, as i like to post comments....i have a rep on youtube so find the problem frustrating.

Some uploaders disable comments..are other commenting??

@SW-User Honestly I'd Google this ,or better do a youtube search,its never just you
