I had to start distancing myself from some gay historians on twitter after they came out in favor of pedastry a while back. It's apparently very common in the (male) gay community (don't know about lesbians) given the number I had to block. When several straight and gay historians responded it wasn't right to openly support that sort of stuff we were shouted down for being far right wing haters. It was something that was a positive youthful exlerience to them.
I think many gays (I have no way of concluding the percentage, may be small or large) get put into a potentially traumatic situation of being molested but respond positively over time as they begin to associate the good physical sensations with their emerging childhood sexuality, but at the same time grow into adulthood, so can't be that little boy being submissively fondled anymore, however much they long for it. I hope the majority of such victims don't act on this by becomming the molestor in turn, but I know from specialist studies in the field of sexual child abuse, that parents who film their children being molested were molested themselves and interprete the situation as being their norm they grew up in, and jnterprete it positively. They know enough to hide dhe to repercussions by society, but want to share it with other like minds in a very cruel and exploitative sub culture.
It used to be institutionalized amongst the greeks, they rarely had standing armies and esprite de corps was a fleeting thing because of that (Spartans were sort of the exception), so they used pedastry and homosexual bonds as the cornerstone of unit cohesion to convince people to stay in formation and not flee. Up until Bush Don't Ask, Don't tell was the norm (it collapsed in the Navy under Bush) and under Obama the left crushed it without evaluating what it would do to esprite de corps and manpower retention (the military can't find recruits anymore, everyone laughs at it as a woke joke now).
The French started leaning towards homosexual bonds in their military decades ago (seeing elite french commandos in makeup around base wasn't a unknown site in Afghanistan), I suspect pedastry is going to be the next big push by the left here soon. You already see the path opening as the major obstacle is feminism deeply opposed to sexual targeting of kids (especially girls), but you also have feminists in a civil war, with many supporting shutting down women's rights in preference for transgender males in sports. Once that firewall is completely demolished I think many on the pedastry side of the left will rush in and support male to male child abuse as a good thing. I hope their numbers are too small to make a concrete cultural shift but I have no real way of knowing how many gay males became gay because they were molested as children and grew to like it, as opposed to just figuring out on their own they were gay. It's a real unknown to me, but this cultural shift happened in Greece and Assyria historically and so could happen today. Not much stopping it at this point. The left doesn't know why it does stuff anymore, they just jump on the band wagon not thinking of consequences down the road.
