anyone notice the comment section under youtube vids now

on lots of old music videos its full of spam and computer generated comments that make no sense and also non relevant to the video, i find that extremely annoying...as i enjoy reading nice comments from people reminiscing about the song or commenting about nostalgia , or what they were doing back then when the music video was out etc.

not this spamming by bots and AI computer generated crap...why don't youtube do something about it?
