does youtube now censor video comments or delete them

From what I have seen they have censored the like and unlike button. The dislike button is controlled, as if you are to hurt someone else's content if you give it a dislike.
If you've noticed any video you click on can have 50 or 100 or a 1,000 up to a 1,000,000 likes but ZERO on the unlikes count. Nobody ever sees a million dislikes on any content anymore. Yet people can have a million followers. Especially as a social influencer who can have a thousand likes but ZERO dislikes!

It sucks..You can put a comment such as it's garbage.
