how to respond to this youtube comment

[c=003BB2][i]i saw on a bryan ferry/roxy music video that someone commented 'english make all the best music' and i replied to the comment 'of course'....then i got a comment back from him this morning replying ' you are sick'.

so i assume he is mentally fucked....but i thought how do i respond to that comment? what should i say back or should i just ignore it?[/i][/c]
