YouTube seriously needs to bring back thumbing down comments culture back

I've seen way too make comments excuse the shittiest scummiest things a human can do. I just saw a comment about someone pretty much saying that mother's can't be physically or sexually abusive and it got over 3k+ likes, people like his make me nauseous.

YouTube is a joke. My account got terminated due to some different political argument with some users but they are not terminating some extremist writing nonsense in a videos. In fact, I never see them taking down videos of animal abusers who in disguised as animal rescuers. I've been report these videos many times but no avail.
Now, I need second account for my YouTube Music (Luckily, that app works better than Sportify. It plays every my fav songs without me searching it).
