Youtubers and self employed sole individuals

This is more specific to youtubers. There are lots of youtubers that make videos on their bedrooms and then refer to themselves as "we/us" to then justify begging for money as "they" need donations to keep running their "show/company". When they finally tell you who "us/we" is, they reveal that they are pretending that them having tee-spring print off shirts for them means that they own tee spring as well as their own company.

Me and my partner have sold hundreds of products to individuals and retailers and have used lots of suppliers, local and overseas. But we don't pretend it is something greater than it is, we are simply buying stuff for one number and selling it for a higher number.

youtubers are just there pretend they are doing real work whilst sponging off the people who are doing hard work

@Gangstress I admit that I do use them to get certain angles on the news, but no matter how much I may like one of them, I refuse to refer to a sole youtuber as "us/our company" whilst my partner who not only has traded thousands in wholesale manually, but also runs a genuine teaching business. Cringe. They do indeed basically sit in their bedroom and talk about internet articles. It is even worse in my opinion when it is some young, skinny pretty girl bringing up nothing new to the table yet gets lots of money because of how they look. I guess that also makes me dislike instagram "models" who pretend they have a business by wearing a shirt and then sharing the affiliate link and acting as if the company specifically sent them out products for publicity like they would someone like Taylor Swift.
