so basically me and my loved ones who had the covid jab or booster back in the covid era, we're basically fucked, and there's nothing we can do now.

Have you researched the "top doctor"? Are you sure he's not a quack, like so many of those people who suggested the covid vaccine had tracking devices in it! 🙄
