Quitting Toxic Habbits

1. Discord and Twitter, but not porn.

I spent the last year or so gooning nonstop to pretty degenerate porn on these websites. I lost so many hours and definitely desensitized myself from this habit, so much to the point where I stopped enjoying real life interactions. I will still visit the hub every now and then, but greatly descaling porn consumption so I can enjoy the more vanilla stuff again over time.

2. Politics.

I been on both the left and right, and even centre in my time. I realized, no matter who is actually in power you will still lose. It's a pick your poison type of scenario. Everyone is different, but I personally only gained resentment towards all parties and nothing else. Why waste time? I really should spend my free time doing something more positive.

Still up for kinky chats on this website. Will just do it less often only.

Porn addiction has the same affects as any other type of dopamine/stimulant addiction, including drugs.
We keep chasing that feeling as it recedes more amd more. Not understanding that life only ever meant it to be dealt in small doses to be affective.
Keep at it. Your body will eventually reset itself chemically. But it will take time.
