it's not a private company. thats my position. I reject all counter arguments.

And while the first amendment does not shield us from consequences for our speech it perhaps should.
Seeing as political organziing and infleucning pretty much largely depend on access to both, they are essential, they are the commons today.
and therefore should be regulated in such a way that prevents them from denying ANYONE access for ANY reason.
yes, The government should deny them the privilege to enforce an aceptable use policy.
we need it, therefore we have a right to it, it's a utility, not a private company.

maybe we are NOT entitled as of present- I concede this. But we should be, and laws should be drafted granting us those entitlements. the RIGHT to access shall not be taken.

Are you saying those platforms should host death threats, child porn, planning of terrorist attacks, etc.?

@NerdyPotato I'm saying that if they have issues with those post they can remove them, but fundamentally banning the users responsible is unacceptable.

Political organzing in the 21st century is extraordinarily dependent on both companies.

They don't have the right to deny people the right to organize just because they fucked up and made a few too many violent statements in the past.

to that end I am raising funds to make a hostile take over after my banning from twitter.

I refuse to be silenced because I screwed up.

@PDXNative1986 okay, that makes sense in theory. Only banning topics, not people. But how should they deal with people who keep posting the same unwanted things over and over? It's not humanly possible to check every post before publishing it.

@NerdyPotato is it not possible to get an AI to monitor violent rhetoric? it tends to use the same language quiet a bit.

we don't have -that- many synonyms for violence.
@PDXNative1986 AI can help, but is far from perfect. It happens here too: writing s3x to get around adult filters. And sure, you can include s3x too, but then they'll write s-e-x. Humans will always be one step ahead of AI moderating, at the very least for the next decades.

@NerdyPotato I'm pissed....

I've been silenced for doing what you're essentially accusing me of. 3 times in a row.

Yeah. I said some shit denoucing the trans exclusionary rad fems a little too intensely.

But honestly if they demanded I sign legally binding documents to not issue such statments anymore to be let in I'd happily sign them.

But they're not going to do evem that much.

So abraxus indsutries will carry on- buying shares to run jack out of town.

@NerdyPotato need to mail boxes on the morrow, but honestly the profits are going to be spent buying him up so his stupid company is mine until I own enoguh to make serious impacts.
@PDXNative1986 good luck with that. 👍

@NerdyPotato I was paid several hundred dollars for every hour I put in, 52.66 a share right now... wonder how many exist....

let me check. 795.35M
PDXNative1986 · 36-40, MVIP
@NerdyPotato 397,500,000 x t52.66

20,932,350,000.... + 52.66

expensive.... yes. would take a very long time.
well my empire will grow.... quiet a bit. people paid me quiet well and private label....eventually.

that would be the goal though, to be the only shareholder that mattered.
