twitter or instagram which would you rather use

None.. I can't stand neither

Instagram. Two days into Twitter my account was suspended then four days after reactivation it was hacked and now I get constant emails about PapiGFunk, whatever that is. I need to delete it.

twitter, but I don't use either one

A big frikken NO to either.
