@Girlygirl WhatsApp is an app right? I didn't think you could get a different app but it be the same app.

Contact the company that make the app. Let them know of the issue. And if you want to look for another app go to the Apple or Play store and look for similar apps with their descriptions and reviews.

Have you looked for an older version? The latest might not be compatible with your device.
