Internet back just venting what I did little with depression see if anyone finds it interesting or wants too try it

If you ever was depressed or in depression now and you just stop doing your chores gif long time , The best way to get back into cleaning is clean every single day 20 to 30 mins every day or even 10-15 mins if 20 to 30 mins is too much for you, it helped me out in the end to get back. I made this up when I didn’t have Internet/wifi for a week and I stick too it still , less
cleaning once you know and feel like a u caught up with all your chores even if it’s 2 to 3 weeks or more start doing two days a week so that way you don’t have so much to clean. Hope this helped a few people. No judgement we got this whosever has depression especially since you was a kid that’s me
Thats awesome.. i used the same strategy to get back into the gym. Small steps add up to big gains.. keep it up !
