So Musk pulls his offer to buy Twitter.

Who didn't see that one coming? Twitter is not a money making operation and never was. Elon's bid was way too big and the reward way too small. So what was his purpose in making the offer? Well by doing this he may well have destroyed Twitter since Twitter was making false statements to the SEC. Maybe now the law will knock on the door of the Twitter upper management. I wonder when Musk sold his interest in Twitter.....

So next time he goes tire kicking for some multi-billion dollar operation maybe no one will take it serious.

@CestManan The richest man in the world… no one will take him seriously? Doubt that

@carpediem it doesn't matter how much money he has, if he's indecisive about wanting to buy stuff then that's why people wouldn't take it serious.

@CestManan Lol….he’s a self made bazzillionaire and he a still a young guy. He would be buying twitter if it wasn’t more of a mess than was originally represented. I’m pretty sure between all his major successes, he’ll continue to hold the attention of the world.

@carpediem it's just weird that he is so shocked that Twitter is a mess.

@CestManan What makes you think he was shocked? Serious question. He went into the deal that if what Twitter said was true he would likely make money and repurpose Twitter. If not then he could back out for chump change and in doing so destroy twitter. It looks like option two. Either is completely acceptable to Musk.

@CestManan Let’s face it. He’s a weird guy. But we don’t know what the representations to him were. I see a battle where he buys it for half of his offer. You know, he might now be seeing lawsuits from advertisers that the board cheated. And going forward, how do you sell ads to someone twitter has been screwing for years?
