I need some advice I don't know what to do

I really need some advice on a situation I'm dealing with that I really don't know what to do or how to handle this on my own. The situation is I have an account on TikTok and there's a lady on there that I thought was a friend I use to go on her live stream almost all the time. Well one day I went onto another live stream that this lady was in that someone else was hosting this lady called the guy that was hosting the live stream and told him something about me but I do not know what was said about me as soon as they got off of the phone I was immediately blocked from the live. Since that happened this lady will not speak to me or anything I have tried to fix what ever problem she has with me but she will not speak to me or even tell me what I did wrong when I know I did nothing wrong to her I'm a very respectful person so I don't know why she has issues with me now. Today I got a message from a friend telling me that now this lady is telling people to unfollow me and not to talk to me which now has me very confused because I never did anything to her so I don't know why she is treating me like this. I really don't know how to handle this situation it has me very confused and kind of concerned as well. My question is could this be considered as a form of cyber bullying or what could this be considered as. I also did forget to mention that I have blocked this woman as well.
