@HootyTheNightOwl yup I wish we could have separate the feeds by mood tags like the vent app it’s tiring to see those posts

@SW-User I don't mind so much when they are in the "Suicidal" group - at least there I can decide for myself if I'm strong enough to deal with it or keep scrolling... but the ones in vent are getting a bit too much and I'm close to blocking vent entirely for the sheer number of them that are posted there, and thus in my feed.

It's not like we don't have a proper board for suicide talk where I can choose whether to try and help them or keep scrolling because I am struggling myself right now.

Perhaps a less impactful addition: people tend to interpret emojis in different ways, but their usage is fairly well defined on https://emojipedia.org for example. You could be a trendsetter by including that somehow. (If this suggestion is too much but you would consider a search function, the descriptive names on that website alone are surely helpful for that.)

The implementation is a bit difficult with so many devices able to access SW. A mouse-over/tooltip would be a good way on computers, but that's not supported by phones. There it could be replaced by a click/tap event in posts, but that's already used for insertion in the selection menu and I wouldn't be in favor of replacing that with a popup showing the description and button requiring an additional click to actually insert it. Showing the description in posts on all devices and only on computers in the selection menu would still be a huge step up from literally every other platform though.

@NerdyPotato there are already so many groups that no one would know that a person is a moderator. It wouldn't have to even have tags or images. Just being contradictory to the group named topic could considered revenge.

No easy way to know who moderates which group. Yet a revengeful person would know which groups they hate moderate. Sort of like a stalker

@DeWayfarer you don't need to know who owns the group in order to use the report button, so this is a different point. But I think both marking the moderator and not marking the moderator of a group could lead to drama so that's an interesting dilemma.

Another option is to let moderator see all posts in their own groups and give just them the ability to block anyone from a group they moderate separate from the normal block. Perhaps under the "manage" button.

@SW-User We've just upgraded our Emoji with the new emojis from 2021 and 2022 (Emoji 14 and Emoji 15), and we added a Search Bar too.
