I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Just curious here, but are there any plans to implement a reccomended user system, similar to the one EP had? If so, perhaps a setting could be turned on to only be recommend those open to PMs and chatting, so those who don't want PMs aren't highlighted to other users?
