Please give us feature which with it we can set to whom pic we upload is visible with options:

1️⃣Public
2️⃣Friends
3️⃣Certain friends

Public and Private photo albums are indeed planned. I don't know if they'll go as far as giving specific members access, but you can of course send people photos in a private message.
