I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds
Get rid of the following option. If I don't want them to be on my friends list why would I want them to follow me.

The feature is very useful for people who want to keep up with everything someone posts. It does not affect the person being followed in any way though, so if it doesn't matter to you who shows particular interest in your content, you can simply ignore the list of followers.

why can't their be just an approve or decline option, or just call it stocking not following

@WindMachine: As adding someone to your circle doesn't affect the person being added, there is no need to accept or decline. All it does it change the homepage of the person doing the adding. I don't really see how stocking would describe this functionality. Could you elaborate? It merely gives easier access to new content that they could look up anyway, which is called following on most social media websites.
