I'd like the ability to ignore post from entire groups.
There are entire groups on here I don't want to see new post from at all ever.

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the given forum/group, you have the ability to mute it.
I’ve personally never tested it to see if it works..
Depending how many posts are in the forum, it can take a bit of scrolling
