Refresh sending messages from no responses.

This place really should add a feature where after sending someone a message that doesn't respond the moratorium for sending another one is lifted after 6 months or so.

Reasoning, it's plausible they never got the first one. Do some of you get too many messages to read them all?

i dunno, i tend to think if they missed the first they will just keep on missing them. theres a weirdly large number of "people" here that never seem to interact with anyone

but maybe they're doing it right.
