to encourage interaction, should there be a requirement to post something?? what is an acceptable minimum??

This isn’t a place to encourage interaction. Many come here just to read things that encourage them where they are in their life. From experience, it’s helpful to know others struggle with the same things I do.

Depends what you class as interaction some people interact by making posts, some people interact by answering them, some people do both but if everyone spent their time making posts then they'd just be a lot more posts with fewer comments on and if there was some sorta minimum posting requirement you'd have a load of rubbish posts filling the feed up that nobody answers...

I mean you can't really make people to do what they don't wanna do in their own spare time. They'd just quickly make a number of low quality posts or comments to fill whatever the requirement was before going back to what they normally do.
