I hate to complain (okay, we all know I am lying and I love it really), but...

The PM function is great, but what's with the ridiculously long wait time between starting new conversations??

@Sunchild777, the exact details to that are a secret, but basically by being a good member: interact with other members, following the rules and sending justified reports. Breaking the rules and sending false reports will decrease your reputation.
