However, any aged-based feature is useless when people constantly lie about their age here just to be "ironic" like various twentysomethings tend to do. And although that is a reportable offense, the admins never do anything about it. So all references to age in the privacy and message filtering settings are just pointless. An example:

But this is for your curiosity. You can ask kindly for it, as you may be at an age range where they do not let you enable that. Kind of like how below 18 probably won't be able to block below 18 contact
